检测器指能检测色谱柱流出组分及其量的变化的器件。检测器通常分为积分型和微分型两类。对检测器的要求是:灵敏度高，线性范围宽，重现性好，稳定性好，响应速度快，对不同物质的响应有规律性及可预测性。
